Product Exchange Policy

At Taiwan Shoes, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please take a look at our exchange policy below.

1. Exchange Period:
   • You’re welcome to exchange your shoes within 7 days of purchase. Message us on WhatsApp, we’ll be happy to assist you.
2. Condition of Products:
   • To ensure a smooth exchange process, please return items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
   • Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original state. A quick inspection will be done when you return the shoes.
3. Discounted Products:
   • Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchange, even if they have a defect. We recommend giving them a careful look before purchasing.
4. Defective Products:
   • For regular-priced items, if you find a manufacturing defect within 7 days of purchase, we’d be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund.
   • Our team will kindly check the item to confirm the defect.
